Cancellation Policy
*SCHEDULING: After your purchase, our booking manager, Teal, will contact you by phone and/or email to schedule your session/s. If you miss her attempts to contact you, you are then responsible for contacting us so we may schedule your session/s. Should we need to reschedule an upcoming session, you'll be notified by email at least 24 hours in advance, at which time you may reschedule your session. Single-session customers must schedule and execute their coaching session within one month following purchase date. 3-session-bundle customers must schedule and execute all three sessions within three months following purchase date. *Requests to schedule sessions outside of the stated time allowance (1 and 3 months, respectively) will NOT be honored, except in cases of an unforseeable emergency. Such cancellations will be honored and eligible for rescheduling ONLY with notification to Focusing Forward before or at the time of emergency. In such cases, are solely responsible for rescheduling your cancelled appointment by calling or emailing Focusing Forward. *REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Missed appointments (for any reason other than unforseeable circumstances/emergencies) will NOT be refunded, except in extreme circumstances (and at the discretion of Focusing Forward); though a partial refund may be allowable in certain cases, at solely at our discretion, wherein you have contacted us to explain the situation within ONE DAY of your missed appointment.
